Kerman High School has had three locations.  Classes were first held at the Beulah United Brethern Church in 1910.  In 1912 what is now known as the "old high school" was built at the corner of  Madera and Clinton Avenues.  The land was purchaed for $4,000.  The beautiful Main Building of the old high school was built in 1923 and dedicated in 1924.  As Kerman's population grew and the old high school aged, the need for a larger, modern facility arose and a new campus, located on First Street, was completed in 1967.  Regretfully, the Main Building at the old campus burned down on December 30, 1998 due to arson.
