SKAGGS BRIDGE PARK, a Fresno County Park, was acquired in 1974.  It is located on the San Joaquin River at Highway 145 (Madera Avenue).  This 17-acre park is widely used for picnicking, day use and fishing activities.  Users include Fresno and Madera County residents.  The facility offers picnic units and playground area.
