The Kerman Library, a branch of the Fresno County Public Library system moved from its old location on Madera Avenue to its new location at 15081 W. Kearney (Kearney & Madera Avenues) in 2002.  This beautiful new building is located across from the Kerman Community Center in the heart of Kerman.  The Sebastian family helped facilitate the creation of the new library building.   Link: www.fresnolibrary.org/branch/kman.html
